    TITLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I (I/O) - ADT

    LOCATION: 10550 DEERWOOD PARK BLVD JACKSONVILLE, FL 32256

    WORK FROM HOME

    PAY RATE $15 PER HOUR ON W2 PLUS BENEFITS

    THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION FULL TIME

    WE HAVE A GREAT BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDING 3 MEDICAL PLANS, DENTAL AND VISION INSURANCE. EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM, TELEMEDICINE, 401(K).

    THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION FOR NOW BUT COULD POSSIBLY MOVE ONSITE. CANDIDATES MUST BE IN THIS AREA.

     

     

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • This position is remote for now but may move onsite candidate must be in this area. Call center experience preferred.
    • Excellent communication skills. Basic knowledge of computer applications. This is a work from home position.
    • Must have Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI); must have modem connection o Home computer, monitor and headset that will allow agent to answer calls
    • Allow ADT required software to be uploaded to their computer (CT Soft-phone, which allows incoming calls)
    • Must have a positive enthusiastic behavior with a desire to provide a great phone call experience with all the calls they handle
    • MUST be available for either of these shifts Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday - Thursday Hours – 11:30am – 8pm and 12:30pm – 9pm

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsibilities: Call coordinator - will answer phones from potential and existing ADT customers; ask specific questions to determine need and then transfer to the appropriate dept.

    COMMENTS/SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

    • This is a remote position for now but could possibly move onsite. Candidates must be in this area.
    • Training starts November 8th. Manager will be interviewing Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week please submit resumes quickly.

    This is for Inbound calls must have own equipment, must be willing to work either shift: Tuesday – Saturday or Sunday - Thursday Hours – 11:30am – 8pm and 12:30pm – 9pm once training is completed
