Days and Times: Alabaster: Monday - Friday 5:30pm - 8:00pm Helena: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:00am - 10:00am

Position: Medical Facility Cleaning in Alabaster Monday - Friday AND Business Complex Cleaning in Helena Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Payrate: $15.50 per hour with a potential raise to $16.00 per hour after the first 90 days

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a dependable and detail-oriented Professional Cleaning Technician to maintain cleanliness and safety in two locations: a medical facility in Alabaster and a business complex in Helena. Responsibilities include general cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting restrooms and high-touch areas. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, understands the importance of sanitation—especially in professional settings—and has experience with cleaning equipment and supplies.

Please note: Although this role covers two different locations, it is one position for a single individual.

Alabaster (Medical Facility) – Evening shift, Monday–Friday, 5:30 PM – 8:00 PM

Helena (Business Complex) – Morning shift, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the facilities

Mop floors, disinfect/sanitize restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily

Clean windows

Wipe up spills and other hazards with the appropriate equipment and supplies provided

Qualifications

Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent

At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services

Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite

Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment

Excellent stamina and physical health

Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
