Responsibilities: • Follow-Up with leads • Hold buyer and seller consultations • Show and sell homes • Write and negotiate offers • Obtain new buyer leads • Manage buyer and seller expectations • Renew Database leads • Multitask with escrows, lenders and service providers Qualifications: • MUST have active Real Estate License. • MUST have a drivers license and reliable transportation. • MUST be near the Long Beach area. • We are willing to train if you possess no active real estate sales experience. • Residential Real Estate experience preferred but not required. EDUCATION • Real Estate/Marketing/Communication Education is preferred. • High School graduate required/college is a plus.  COMPUTER SKILLS  • High level of proficiency and working knowledge of Gmail, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, Mapping, and data base software. Compensation: $73,000+ at plan commission
