Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Immediate Opening for Silverdale, Seattle, Lynnwood, Southcenter, Bellevue and Tacoma

Opening: Full-time

Department: Sales

Reports to: Store Manager

Pay Scale: Commission ( Pay Range $80,000-120,000 based on Sales Experience)

Job Summary:

Albert Lee Appliance is looking for qualified Sales Associates to assist customers in making an informed decision based on their needs with the best product knowledge in a large appliance retail setting. Successful applicants will have a deep understanding of the sales process including the ability to build a rapport with customers and be able to accurately input and track all sales orders through the delivery/pickup process.

Essential functions of the Position:

• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding and promoting company programs including financing, promotions, services and availability.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Flexible schedule with some weekend and evening work required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in appliance sales preferred, not required.
• Proven track record in sales with the ability to provide specific and measurable details.
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly self-motivated.

• High School diploma or equivalent
