Xfinity Direct Sales / Door-to-Door – Highspeed Internet / Mobile / FREE Internet Essentials +
Introduction:
We are on the lookout for enthusiastic, professional sales representatives to join our team in a brand-new program launch! You will be promoting Xfinity Highspeed Internet, Free Internet Essentials +, Xfinity Mobile, and TV/Streaming Services across expanding territories.
This role is not just about selling, it's about delivering an amazing, personalized, awesome experience to each customer. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping residents determine product promotions that are right for their unique household. You will be thoroughly trained in all of Xfinity's Products and Services. We are looking for a dynamic sales people with a proven track record of success.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Field Sales: Actively disposition a designated territory visiting customers as well as non-subscribers with exclusive unadvertised offers. Customers cannot get this offer anywhere else!!!
- Work in a Team: Work as part of a high-performance sales team by helping to progress your skills as well as your teammates.
- Market Engagement: Engage diverse customer segments, including winback customers, ACP customers, existing customers, and new market areas.

Earning Potential & Commissions:
- Attractive Commission Structure: Earn up to $175 per sale, with agents regularly making over $500 daily.
- Field Trainer Overrides & Bonuses: Receive overrides on your team's sales, with potential annual earnings exceeding $200K.
- Weekly & Monthly Incentives: Additional bonus schemes to further boost your income.

Agent Commission Structure
- 1 Gig Highspeed Internet (Customer Pays $80) $175 Commission
- 400Mbps Highspeed Internet (Customer Pays $50) $125 Commission
- FREE ACP Internet 100Mpbs (Customer Pays $0) $75 Commission
- **Mobile w Unlimited Talk, Text & Data **(Customer Pays $30): $75/line Commission
- Additional Perks: Mobile & Tablet Reimbursement, Fast Start Bonus.
All New Agents are Eligible for a 10% Commission Boost by progressing to Senior Account Executive Status within their first fiscal month!
- Our average sales rep produces 12 products weekly
- Average team / office 10-15 Reps
Candidate Profile:
- Experienced in Sales: Demonstrable success in residential door-to-door/direct sales.
- Goal Orientated: Inspired and motivated towards exceeding goals.
- Professional & Organized: Aptitude for managing multiple customer accounts and maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
- Tech-Savvy: Competence in using digital and mobile tools for effective management.
