Alfa Systems is a multi-lingual Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider. Job Description This is a remote position. We are looking for a competent Interpreter to provide assistance to non-English speakers across a range of activities. The interpreter will provide interpretation services during various processes. You will provide accurate concepts and explanations with no additions or omissions, and according to conventions of established interpretation protocol. QUALIFICATIONS

• High school or equivalent (Required).

• 1 or 2 years of interpretation experience (Required).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• The interpreter facilitates communication between the parties speaking two different languages by interpreting from one language to another.

• He / She ensures the link between the two parties

• The interpreter facilitates communication by assisting clients on behalf of their company. This can help them understand company documents and information, complete forms, answer questions, or respond to customer concerns.

• The interpreter’s duty of confidentiality is absolute.

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

• Ability to pass our required skills assessment

• A high school diploma or GED

• A college degree (Preferred)

• 1-2 years experience working as an interpreter (preferred)
