The Director of Human Resources will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, programs and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department to ensure an HR strategy that is consistent across all business units and locations for an engaging employment experience throughout the employment life cycle abiding by all regulatory and legal requirements.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Masters degree preferred

• PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of human resource management experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role

• PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent highly preferred
