    Territory Sales Representative - Custom Manufacturing Solutions - Base Salary to 75k/year - Garrettsville, OH

    • Our client is a Veteran owned custom manufacturing firm headquartered in Garrettsville, OH. They build extrusion dies for plastics, plastics tooling, injection molding, etc. They don’t make production parts, they design and custom build molds.
    • They are looking for a Territory Sales Representative who is a results-driven leader that leverages sales expertise to drive profitability and penetrate new accounts. The Territory Sales Representative will possess strong analytical skills, persistence, and prospective skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand a customer base within the tool and die manufacturing sector and related industries.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner to clients.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
    • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including negotiation and contract management.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business.
    • 3+ years of experience in sales, with a strong background in tool and die manufacturing and custom manufacturing solutions.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Technical proficiency in tool and die manufacturing processes and related technologies.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

    Compensation:

    • Base salary to 75k/year, plus commission
