Territory Sales Representative - Plastics – Base Salary to 90k/year - Seattle, WA
Our client is an industry-leading plastics manufacturer. They are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Representative to represent their company. This is a fantastic remote opportunity with a stable and growing company.
The Territory Sales Representative can work remotely (come into the office 1x a month), but must reside within 2 – 3 hours of Seattle.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow existing sales accounts.
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s
relationship with them
Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
Assist marketing in planning and execution of goals.
Provide monthly and quarterly reports of department goals and objectives.
Work cross functionally with various departments to help grow sales and increase revenue.
Travel onsite to meet with customers on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years sales experience.
Experience in plastics or packaging manufacturing is required.
Experience managing/growing sales accounts.
Willingness to travel upwards to 50% (mostly day trips)
Compensation:
Base salary up to 90k/year, plus commission structure. Estimated OTE first year could be 120k – 140k/year.
