Sales Agent - Independent Agency - Base Salary to 40k/year - Naples, FL
Our client, an Independent Agency based in Naples, FL has an immediate need for several Sales Agents to join their growing team. They pride themselves on their commitment to providing white glove service to their customers and their employee growth.
Responsibilities
Build a book of business of Personal Lines accounts consisting of home, auto, umbrella, and watercraft policies.
Perform community outreach to offer agency products and services building policy count for the business.
Qualifications
Florida 20-44 or 220 License.
2+ years of insurance sales experience
Knowledge of personal lines.
2+ years of Allstate experience required for remote work.
Compensation
Base salary to 40k/year, plus commission (40% New & 15% Renewals)
