    Job Description

    Acumatica is seeking an Alliance Marketing Manager to join our Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation team in Bellevue, WA! This is a full-time role.

    What We Do: Our Integrated Marketing and Demand Generation team builds multi-channel marketing campaigns (webinars, email, paid social etc.) that deliver qualified leads for our sales team. We are constantly engaging best practices in effort to make data-driven decisions, designed to optimize our campaigns to increase conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.

    What You’ll Do:

    As an Alliance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs and campaigns for our fast-growing ecosystem of Alliance Members and ISV partners. You will match your deep expertise in the partner ecosystem with a clear understanding of Acumatica’s business objectives to work with our partners on joint marketing programs aimed at driving the pipeline. This role requires cross-team and organizational collaboration, innovation, excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, and a passion for driving demand through partners. You will be working closely with the Business Development team, as well as marketing agencies and vendors. A successful candidate will be motivated, self-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Plan, build and execute joint demand generation campaigns with Acumatica’s Alliance Members and ISV Partners across multiple optimized dimensions including industry, competitive scenario, firmographics etc.
    • Work closely with product marketing team to define the content strategy for the marketing campaigns with each partner. This includes identifying target audience, new content to be created, establishing a bill of materials for campaigns, and creating necessary documentation including internal and partner-facing presentations.
    • Educate and inform partner sales and partner enablement teams on the joint marketing campaigns with Alliance Members and ISV Partners, leveraging partner marketing automation platform (MAP). Organize and host calls, webinars and training as necessary.
    • Research industry best practices for best-in-class alliance marketing programs.
    • Continually analyze and track program performance, optimize and update strategy and programs as necessary.
    • Innovate and increment our marketing technology portfolio to ensure modern and best of breed execution and efficiency for partner marketing capabilities.
    • Develop analytic methodologies and processes to measure and quantify the impact of joint Alliance and ISV marketing campaigns to sales.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of relevant work experience in B2B partner marketing, demand generation marketing in high-technology companies.
    • 3+ years of partner marketing experience.
    • 2+years of experience managing and building integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Strong experience in email marketing.
    • Expertise in building and scaling global partner programs. Strong program management and organizational skills.
    • Superior communication skills. Public speaking experience, comfortable with executive audiences, and ability to influence key decision-makers.
    • Comfortable working with data. Experience collecting and interpreting data from a variety of sources to make solid business recommendations. Advanced level of work in Excel.
    • Good understanding of marketing techniques and ability to apply them to partner needs. Generate fresh ideas for partner-led marketing programs and continue to develop new approaches.
    • Experience with HubSpot and Tableau is a strong plus.
    • Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
    • Ability to work individually and in a team: engage effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.

    For this role, the salary range is $114,000-130,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.

    At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee’s role.
