NOW HIRING: FULL-TIME CALL CENTER AGENTS IN ORLANDO, FL – START JULY 12TH

PAY: $15.00/hour

LOCATION: Orlando, FL, 32807

HOURS: FULL-TIME (40 HOURS/WEEK)( HEALTH BENEFITS AFTER 60 DAYS)

-       All interested applicants must be available to work any hours within the following operating hours:

o   Monday- Friday 7:00 AM- 8:00 PM

o   Saturday 8 AM- 5:00 PM on rotation

-       TRAINING CLASS DATE - MONDAY, JULY 12, 2021 

-        

-       (JULY 12TH – JULY 23RD)

-       CSR TRAINING CLASS BEGINS JUNE 21ST AND WILL FOLLOW A SCHEDULE OF MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. AND IT FILLS UP QUICKLY.  YOU MUST BE ABLE TO ATTEND 80 HOURS TO GRADUATE TO THE PRODUCTION FLOOR.

-       ***YOU WILL NEED TO INTERVIEW ON SITE IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE PAID TRAINING CLASS.

Qualifications

·         SPANISH/English fluency - bilingual – a plus

·         Prior customer service experience 1 or more years in (inbound high volume call center experience is a plus)

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Outstanding attendance & work ethic

·         Strong ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers

·         Must be self-motivated

·         Problem solving and critical thinking

·         Must be proficient in time management

·         Goal oriented

·         Computer knowledge/skills

·         Good typing/keyboarding skills (a test will be given)

·         Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base

·         Works well in team setting

·         A criminal background check and drug test are required

·         A vehicle tag check will be conducted for any violations of CFX toll roads
