We are looking for a responsible Physician to provide high quality medical care by examining patients and treating diseases. You will also undertake tasks aiming for prevention and promotion of healthy habits. The job is one of the most demanding, but also most rewarding professions.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Medical Director. He/she will be required to attend quarterly meetings with a team of clinical providers.

Knowledge and experience are vital in the following areas of medical practice:

• Men's and Women's Health
• Behavioral Health Coordination of Care
• Management and Treatment of Chronic Care Conditions
• Experience with Electronic Health Records
• Leadership

Medical Doctor Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine check-ups for patients to assess their health condition and then formulate a treatment plan.
• Give appropriate advice for healthy habits (diet, hygiene etc.) and preventative actions to promote overall health.
• Reach an informed diagnosis and treatment plan based on evidence based best practices.
• Prescribe medications and provide comprehensive instructions for administration.
• Examine and provide treatments to injuries and refer patients to Specialists when needed (ophthalmologists, orthopedists, neurologists etc.).
• Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion for patients and maintain the team spirit amongst co-workers and ancillary personnel.
• Remain current with new developments and best practices in medicine by attending conferences and seminars.

Medical Doctor Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Physician
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
• Excellent General Medicine fund of knowledge.
• Broad knowledge of common medications, side effects and contraindications
• In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Respect for patient's confidentiality
• Compassionate and approachable
• Responsible and trustworthy
• Doctor of Medicine Degree (MD) or Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) and valid California Medical License
