HOK is seeking a MOVE COORDINATOR to join our HOK ONSITE SERVICES team in NEW YORK.
Located at the client’s site, this role will focus on providing move coordination services onsite. The Move Coordinator will implement move plans in place and provide assurance on overall service delivery. The Move Coordinator, works as part of the move team, maintains a relationship with key client contacts and acts as a contact for internal project moves. The role creates and develops move plans for the client, gathers all data regarding the number of staff moving, computer equipment moves, phones, furniture changes to determine the scope, communicates with the client, completes final From/To documents and coordinates with the Project Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Builds and maintains relationship with key client contacts.
Helps to create move plans for the client.
Gathers data regarding the number of staff moving, computer equipment moves, phones, furniture changes to determine the scope.
Communicate with the client.
Completes final From /To documents
Coordinates with the Project Manager.
Supervise the moving contractors.
Follow-up on move to ensure deficiencies are dealt with.
Interface with IT departments
Update AutoCad drawing updates
OTHER:
Overtime may be required.

Basic AutoCAD skills.
Required Experience
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or equivalent field preferred. Project Management courses a plus.
5+ years experience coordinating moves or equivalent Project Management experience.
