RECRUITER

(DIRECT HIRE - ALLIED STAFF AUGMENTATION PARTNERS CORPORATE OFFICE)

Allied Staff Augmentation Partners, Inc. (ASAP) has an immediate need for an energetic, experienced, motivated Recruiter with a background in sourcing/recruiting management level ENGINEERING, MAINTENANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONALS WITHIN THE NUCLEAR AND POWER INDUSTRY (IS A PLUS). The Recruiter will provide leadership for recruitment in the design, development, implementation, and management of the company-wide recruiting programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own, strategize and operate the entire recruiting cycle for ASAP, Inc.
• Create a scalable recruiting process that meets ASAP’s hiring growth plan
• Hire more and hire fast without compromising the talent quality
• Strategize multiple methods of building talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
• Find, engage and activate passive candidates through LinkedIn and alternative sourcing methods
• Be our brand ambassador, provide best interviewing experience to the candidates
• Regularly track recruiting data and share metrics with internal stakeholders
• Ensure successful training and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain company’s culture code and participate in all HR activities

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Staffing Sales Management: 1-2 years
• *** NUCLEAR AND POWER ENGINEERING INDUSTRY RECRUITING ***
• Proven background in recruiting for the Nuclear and Power Industries.
• Proven record of scaling teams for startups and comfortable with volume hiring
• Expertise in sourcing candidates through multiple channels
• Entrepreneurial and hustling spirit
• Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
• High drive to succeed
