    Provide excellent customer service to guests who visit our alligator park, making a connection with people in a fun and entertaining way. Learn about American alligators and use this knowledge to engage with guests to give them a once-in-a-lifetime memory of their time at Gator Beach. Assist with day-to-day operations of the park, including cash register operations, our photo studio, and handling juvenile alligators in a safe and entertaining manner.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

    · Greet guests in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner. Focuses on providing guests with a positive Gator experience.

    · Learn information about alligators through our Gator Beach Training system (no prior knowledge required)

    · Create a personal connection with every guest and be able to have a conversation with people visiting the park.

    · Operate Cash register and Photo Studio

    · Undergo training on how to perform guided tours and Gator Shows for the public.

    · Care for our alligator family with passion and dedication, ensuring the health and well-being of all the animals.

    · Promotes active selling by emphasizing picture taking with alligators.

    · Follows all Gator Beach safety and operating procedures.

    · Complies with all Fudpucker’s policies and procedures as per the Employee Handbook.

    · May assist others and perform other appropriate duties and routines as requested by the Gator Beach Manager and/or other management personnel.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. Must possess excellent customer service skills including pleasant and friendly demeanor.
    2. Knowledge of Gator Beach safety and operating procedures.
    3. High school graduate or equivalent desired. Local regulations may require additional courses or certifications.
    4. Must be able to communicate and understand the primary language of the work location and understand the primary language of the guests who typically visit the work location.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

    1. Must be able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours in length.

    2. Must be able to work at least 8 hours without a break.

    3. Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods of time.

    4. Must have the ability to lift gators weighing up to 30 pounds frequently, following all safety procedures, and carry them up and down stairs.

    5. May be exposed to wet floors, noise, and temperature extremes.

    6. May be required to perform diverse physical tasks
