Position Requirements:
Must possess current insurance license (P&C minimum) AND current Allstate appointments
Familiarity with sales tactics, talk paths, overcoming objections, closing methods
Quick learner, fast thinker, persuasive, coachable, creative communicator, fearless phone dialer
Enthusiasm and genuine belief about the role insurance and financial products play in people’s lives
Position Responsibilities:
Establish trust with prospects, maintain ongoing customer relationships
Reach daily, weekly, monthly goals for sales/quotes/dials/talktime
Provide accurate, helpful, compelling guidance about key insurance products and suitable coverages
Follow agency best practices, corporate requirements, and state law.
