    Allstate Insurance Agency in Granada Hills is currently hiring Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Sales Producers. We offer a great company culture with room for growth.

    Base Pay + Commission + Bonus

    Requirements:

    Insurance Producer License/ Property & Casualty Required Fluent in English & Spanish (Required) Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in insurance sales or a related field Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify potential sales opportunities. Excellent telemarketing skills, including the ability to engage customers over the phone and generate lead. Proficient in sales administration tasks, such as preparing quotes and processing applications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information to clients. Proven track record of success in outside sales, including building relationships and closing deals. Responsibilities:

    Conduct sales presentations and promote insurance products to potential clients. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and networking. Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach out to potential customers and generate leads. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Provide sales administration support, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and maintaining client records. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions. Conduct outside sales visits to meet with clients in person and build rapport.     Pay: $43,680.00 - $60,000.00 per year
