ALLURE MARKETING is searching for an individual who is ready to jumpstart their career in the marketing business. This role focuses on executing direct marketing strategies and promotional marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts.

The BRAND AMBASSADOR is an entry level position, you will be engaging with customers face to face in a local retail store. You will focus on building new account acquisitions as well as maintain existing relationships.

Our ideal candidate works well with others, but can self manage at a high level. Allure Marketing is great for getting more experience in overall direct marketing, sales, and business development.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. APPLICANTS MUST HAVE LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS IN THE WICHITA AREA OR MOVING TO THE AREA WITHIN THE NEXT FOUR WEEKS.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
• Plan, execute, and track campaigns and events
• Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales
• Face to Face customer interaction
• Cross train in all departments to develop into management
