We are a Multimillion dollar Sales and Marketing Company looking to hire 3 sales reps ASAP. We have expanded into the Charlotte Region and are setting up a new location here, we have an excellent reputation with our customers (we have an A+ Rating on the BBB and a 4.7 Rating on Google) and our reps love coming to work everyday . This is YOUR OPPORTUNITY to get in one the ground level of our new location and to work one of the most consistent sales markets in the US and make serious cash! Do not take this lightly as we do not hire often and once we have 3 reps for this office and territory allocated, we will close off all applications.
Our Business model is simple, easy and extremely beneficial for our customers. Due to intense hail and wind storms, We are able to help homeowners in the local area get their roofs completely replaced through their insurance company without them coming out of pocket. That's right, you read that correctly, an entire roof paid for, not by the homeowner, but by the Insurance company. There is no need to be pushy, cringy or forceful, our business model sells itself. Imagine if you had and old roof with damage, and you were wondering how to pay for it. You are getting lots of estimates for tens of thousands of dollars and trying to save enough money to get the roof installed. Then all of a sudden, someone knocks on your door and says there is a chance it could be completely paid for with no cost or fee for trying, wouldn't you try it? Of course!
Now, Other companies in our industry will require you to get on roofs, manage crews, collect checks from customers and run appointments. At Alpha Elite your only job requirement is to meet new customers and sign them up for our program. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO CLIMB ON A ROOF or even know anything about how to install a roof. We take care of everything so you can continue to focus on new customers sand making more money for yourself and for the company. The more customers you sign up the more money you make it is that simple.
As far as experience goes, if you have experience in the industry or if you are completely green to sales we will teach you and train you on everything you need to know so you can be successful on day 1. Our newest sales rep we just hired got 2 sales in 2 days and each sale is equivalent to thousands of dollars in commissions. No one on our team is making less than $3000 per week and they know they hit a goldmine in what we are doing. All of our reps are very appreciative for the opportunity and our turnover rate is nonexistent. You will not find anything better in the sales and marketing world, if you don't mind hard work and perfecting your craft everyday you will be successful and love what you do.
For this position you
-Must be over 18
-Have Reliable transportation
-No sales experience required, we will train you on everything you need to know
-Reps make anywhere from$120,000-$250-000 a year
