Job Description

Primary responsibilities are to perform exceptional customer service while delivering completed products to our valued clients. Maintain and care for the company delivery vehicle including regular maintenance activities. Assist with creation of Large Format jobs, working with the Large Format production team. No experience in Large Format production is required, you will be trained.

Position Summary

AlphaGraphics’ customers have come to expect the highest level of care and the final touchpoint we often have on a project is our delivery person. The driver must have a customer service mindset as well as the ability to make our clients feel they made the best possible choice in ordering their print products from us. While not delivering, this role will include assisting the Large Format team with the creation of final products. In addition, the person for this position must be willing to take on additional tasks within the business as defined.

Primary Responsibilities:

Delivering completed projects: Collect and deliver all manner of completed print products, ranging from small decals to large signs to boxes of completed work

Vehicle maintenance: Ensure the company delivery vehicle is in good working order and properly maintained including oil changes, tire checks, scheduling needed repairs, and any other logical maintenance activities

Other activities: Perform office duties as required. May included removal of waste and recycling from the shop floor, helping assemble projects, assisting with other activities in the shop

Additional Requirements

Clean driving record

High School Diploma or equivalent

Capable of juggling multiple priorities and operating with a calm sense of urgency

Positive “can do” attitude (this is critical!)

Additional Skills and Abilities -- Desired (Advantageous, but not required):

Experience with and knowledge of Large Format production

Working knowledge of computer technology

Familiarity with current print and copy technology

Workplace Requirements:

Current Driver’s license

Ability to lift 50 lbs
