As our plans and goals continue to grow, so too does our corporate family! We are eagerly looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Lakewood, Colorado.
Reporting directly to our People Director, the Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for finding top-tier talent to fill our critical hiring needs while maintaining our phenomenal culture. You’ll be collaborating closely with our People Director and our other department leads to provide a high-touch, personalized candidate experience as we continue to grow our corporate team throughout 2022 and 2023!
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
Leverage your prioritization skills, proactive communication, fantastic attention to detail, tech savvy, and your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to coordinate all talent acquisition efforts and HR compliance needs
Run full process from posting jobs, strategic sourcing, reviewing applicants, , screen candidates, interview, managing test phase, scheduling/debriefing with candidates and hiring managers, and extending offer letters
Maintain and enhance Employer Branding initiatives and recruiting strategy to create a pipeline of best in class candidates for positions across multiple business practices including (but not limited to) sales, accounting, finance, marketing, learning and development, and technology
Use your self-motivation and desire to make a valuable contribution to both help manage projects requested by team members, and to propose and manage your own projects that will make a difference, improve processes and create efficiencies
Act as a support point to the hiring leaders to construct, review, proof, format, and post job descriptions to various job boards and coordinate internal postings
Deliver five-star service to hiring partners and candidates, managing a full-cycle recruitment strategy from sourcing and engagement to negotiation and closing
Act as brand ambassador for each organization by promoting initiatives on social media, participating in events, and engaging with relevant networks and communities
Be a subject matter expert in your craft by understanding and advising on local and national markets, hiring data, and hiring trends
Promote each organization as a top place to work by highlighting our amazing company culture, benefits and perks package, and internal growth opportunities in all interactions
Demonstrate a commitment to process, documentation, and best practices throughout the recruitment life cycle
Build trusted relationships through empathy, enthusiasm, positivity, incredible listening skills, and a genuine love/desire to help creatively solve people’s problems to support our teams
Contribute to global projects and initiatives that impact Employer Branding and Recruiting activities, such as Leadership Development Program, SAP Success Factors roll-out, in collaboration with international colleagues

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field from four-year college or university
3+ years related work experience recruiting across all functions and job levels of an organization
Experienced: comfortable building meaningful relationships with hiring managers and across departments and at all levels
Positive can-do attitude; flexibility, adaptability, and business acumen
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
Have a strong business acumen: you understand the company, the mission and contribute to our talent acquisition strategy and metrics
A sourcing master: you can spot good talent and have knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Career Plug and SAP Success Factors.
A clear communicator: possessing the ability to communicate to all levels and functions both internally and externally
Full-Cycle recruiting experience including the ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner
An innovator: an overwhelming desire to find creative and unique ways to bring in top-tier talent
Strong analytical and Microsoft Excel skills

Annual base salary in the $65,000 to 75,000 range based on experience
Team and individual performance-based bonus up to 20% of your annual salary.
