    Busy New Home Construction Office is seeking a Full time organized, detail-oriented team player to support our Sales Department.

    · Be able to work onsite during business hours - including weekend days.

    · Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring to inquiries.

    · Internal and external customer service skills; develops and cultivates positive working relationships with customers, staff, and other business contacts.

    · Exceptional verbal and written business communication skills.

    · Demonstrates a positive, approachable, and confident demeanor.

    · Professional with a strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.

    · Handles inquiries from potential customers- via email, phone, and website.

    · Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task effectively; exceptional accuracy and follow through.

    · Qualifies each lead.

    · Follows up with each prospect and sets appointments.

    · Work well with customers who are sometimes in high-stress situations.

    · Provide administrative support to Sales Manager, such as filing, printing, creating documents, etc.

    · Interest in new projects and learning opportunities; demonstrates desire and ability to gain knowledge of product, company, and sales process.

    Qualifications

    · High School diploma is required; some college is preferred.

    · 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or professional role.

    · Proficiency with MS Office programs; emphasis on Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    · Extreme attention to detail and time management.

    · Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.

    · Empathic listener and persuasive speaker in person and on the phone.

    · Follow through - seeing a project from start to completion.

    · Able to comprehend and consider both technical and business information.

    · Trustworthy; values accountability; possesses high work ethic.

    · Experience handling confidential information.

    · Eagerness to Learn

    · Bi-Lingual preferred but not required.
