PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Verify, create, and manage facility equipment/assets, their locations, and hierarchy for the Equipment Reliability Group and Equipment owners.
• Coordinate with the Equipment Reliability Manager, Maximo Architecture staff, and users on Framatome’s in-house maintenance team to ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules are correct and followed.
• In conjunction with the Equipment Reliability Manager, Maximo Architecture staff, and users maintenance team, review and modify/create maintenance job/work plans, maintenance flows/folders/and subfolders, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Gather data requirements for Maximo workflow processes.
• Work closely with off-site Maximo support personnel to ensure Maximo data requirements meet local objectives and expectations.
• Support training to the in-house maintenance team.
• Be capable of dressing in personal protective equipment to interact with technical personnel conducting repairs, data entry, and maintenance scheduling.
• Interpersonal skills of working with managers, in house maintenance teams, and different business units to include supply and finance entities.

• BS in Computer Science, IS, Business, Finance, Accounting or related area, or comparable experience in lieu of degree, plus a minimum of 0-2 years of related work experience.

THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS ARE DESIRED AND WILL BE USED TO DIFFERENTIATE ALL CANDIDATES WHO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION.

• (2) years’ experience of basic COTS CMMS IBM Maximo knowledge of user function, asset, work orders, and inventory management OR (2) years’ experience in other COTS applications like Maximo.
• The Maximo Analyst position requires an understanding and working knowledge of Maximo functional capabilities and workflows primarily in maintenance activities.
• The Maximo Analyst must have a working knowledge of maintenance related work order scheduling and tracking, corrective and preventive maintenance work order scheduling and management, and facilities equipment/assets.
