Job Title: Aluminum Extrusion Sales Representative

Position Overview: We are seeking a Sales Representative who will be responsible for generating sales and building relationships with new customers. We'll provide you with qualified leads, so you can focus on what you do best – selling!
You must have experience building relationships, closing deals, and traveling to meet clients face-to-face who are manufacturers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person sales presentations at customer locations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas through effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of our product to customers.
• Maintain a detailed record of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations; must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
