Key Responsibilities:
Liaison between PNS and contracted facilities ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Coordinate transfer of care appointments to maintain continuity of care.
Maintain contact with alumni and/or their families through follow-up calls to schedule appointments and ensure seamless continuity of care.
Schedule appointments, and manage coordination of copays and outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate and orderly alumni medical records.
Operate across multiple Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.
Perform data entry and generate reports as required.
Ensure compliance with PNS policies and procedures across both facilities and providers.
Coordinate other appointments such as peer-to-peer reviews between PNS providers and the treatment center, in-person appointments, and procedure appointments as needed.
Obtain laboratory results and ensure timely uploading and documentation of patient files.
Assist facilities with pharmacy-related needs and coordinate medication sample pickups.
Complete the onboarding processes for new facility accounts such as setting them up with laboratory accounts, organizing users across platforms used by both the facility and PNS, and providing materials and other onboarding items required promptly.
Provide ongoing support and resources to the PNS provider team and assigned facilities with daily operations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must be friendly, outgoing, and “people-oriented”.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Telephone and customer service etiquette.
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks at once, and deal with high levels of stress in an environment of changing priorities.
Must be able to interact with all levels of staffing professionally.
Previous experience or training/education working in a medical office setting is preferred.
Experience with addiction recovery and/or mental health preferred.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required.
College or college-equivalent education is preferred.
Experience in a Mental Health or Addiction Recovery setting is preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Provide coverage for department team members during their absence.
Willing to travel local as needed.

PNS offers a competitive compensation package including: medical, dental, vision, and paid time off for full-time employees.
Hourly rate is based on skill, experience, and tenure of profession.
