    Job Description

    POSITION MISSION: The purpose of this job is to manage the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management and hourly team member candidates for our restaurants in CA, CO, NM and TX. This role will partner directly with multi-unit managers to assess restaurant staffing needs and work towards solutions to ensure our restaurants are fully staffed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Posts, manages, and sources a high volume of open positions prioritizing effectively per business needs.
    • Sources candidates to generate qualified candidates through various sources (e.g., social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
    • Canvas trade areas around high-need restaurants to build relationships with potential candidates; train managers how to do the same.
    • Partners with multi-unit managers to understand hiring needs as well as provides coaching on effective direct sourcing and interview techniques.
    • Serve as the brand ambassador to recruit for talent at off-site locations (e.g., schools, workforce centers, community events, etc.)
    • Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications using behavioral interviewing skills & the WHO interview process.
    • Assists in training multi-unit managers how to build a network of candidates for their open requisitions.
    • Screens resumes, schedules interviews and conducts phone screens for open positions
    • Coordinates the interview, screening, and rejection process for potential candidates.
    • Conducts staffing calls with multi-unit managers and their teams to identify open positions and expedite the interview/selection process for candidates currently in process.
    • Maintains accurate candidate tracking spreadsheets as needed to monitor open positions.
    • Keeps hiring manager apprised of status of sourcing efforts on a timely basis.
    • Acts as subject matter expert in sourcing techniques and strategies to include professional networks, social networks, key associations, and industry specific directories.
    • Assists recruiting manager in the development of recruitment and retention materials, metrics, and programs to streamline field recruiting productivity.
    • Meets deadlines consistently.
    • Deals with interruptions and successfully manages multiple tasks.
    • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
    • Maintains behaviors and actions consistent with the company's values and standards.
    • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

    REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience.
    • 2 years of experience in sourcing, including diversity, using technologies, job boards, and social networking sites.
    • 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection techniques and requirements, federal selection guidelines, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
    • 2 years of experience of hiring practices, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, and recruiting metrics.
    • 2 years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems.
    • 2 years of experience recruiting multi-unit and/or multiple state regions.
    • Proven ability for high detail orientation with strong planning and organizational skills
    • Strong Verbal and written English Skills, Spanish-speaking a plus
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
    • Experience managing complex event logistics
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, unpredictable and ambiguous environment
    • Works well under pressure and tight timelines
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Expert in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
