At Always Best Care Senior Services, we’re committed to hiring qualified candidates for our team. We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Recruiter to join our compassionate team. This individual will play a crucial role in recruiting caregivers, home health aides, and other non-skilled home care personnel. The ideal candidate will work closely with Human Resources and Scheduling to ensure all client visits are filled with skilled and well-prepared caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Source, interview, and hire qualified caregivers.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates

Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks

Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture

Assist with application processing and onboarding activities for new hires

Will work closely with the scheduler to determine available openings, and ensure accuracy of all onboarding documentation

Skills:

Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (preferred)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers

Proficient in using computer software or learning new programs

Sales experience preferred

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Minimum one year of experience in recruitment (or recruitment-related field)

Valid drivers license and use of vehicle

Must be able to obtain all relevant background checks and pre-employment requirements including TB testing and drug screen
