Job Description

Gold Financial Services is an established mortgage lender since 1998, based out of San Antonio with branches nationwide. We have both operations and production team members working both in office/remotely.  We are a fast paced, goal driven, and well-rounded company!

We originate/close/fund FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and other bond/specialty loans.

We are seeking Mortgage Loan Processors to join our team! We are interested in filling the available positions as soon as possible. This position will be working directly with the Division President at the top producing branch.

EXPECTATIONS/DAY TO DAY DUTIES  

1. Manage a Pipeline 20-25 loans per month
2. Review new files within 24-48 hours.
3. Being a key team member in ensuring the closing date is met.
4. Order all 3rd party items such as verifications, appraisals, and title work.
5. Pre-underwrite all loans to ensure proper supporting documentation.
6. Responsible for requesting borrower specific items directly from borrower via email/phone calls.
7. Coordinate with loan officer/loan officer assistant on status of each file.
8. Multi-tasking should be expected throughout the day as loan milestones will vary per file.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED  

1. Familiar with using Encompass LOS
2. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
3. Strong math and analytical skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Knowledgeable with all loan program guidelines such FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional and bond programs.
