    Job Description AMA LA VIDA (ALV) IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME RELATIONSHIP STRATEGIST TO HELP DRIVE REVENUE AND SUPPORT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GOALS. WHEN CLIENTS ARE CONSIDERING WORKING WITH A COACH, THEY OFTEN WANT TO SPEAK WITH A TEAM MEMBER TO LEARN MORE ABOUT HOW IT WORKS AND TO DISCOVER WHO THE RIGHT COACH IS FOR THEM. THAT IS WHAT OUR RELATIONSHIP STRATEGISTS DO! THIS PERSON WILL BE THE FIRST TEAM MEMBER THAT MOST OF OUR CLIENTS WILL SPEAK TO AND BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSESSING GOALS AND NEEDS, AND THEN MATCHING THOSE OBJECTIVES TO THE BEST COACH AND COACHING APPROACH TO ACCOMPLISH THOSE GOALS.

    Qualifications DURING A TYPICAL WEEK IN THIS ROLE YOU MAY:

    • CONDUCT NEEDS ASSESSMENTS WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS

    • DISCUSS ALV’S COACHING SERVICES AND ANSWER QUESTIONS

    • FACILITATE VALUE-BASED SALES CONVERSATIONS

    • COMMUNICATE WITH POTENTIAL CLIENTS VIA EMAIL, PHONE CALLS, AND TEXTS

    • UPDATE CRM SYSTEM TO TRACK PIPELINE AND FORECAST REVENUE

    • ADDRESS DIFFERENT SALES OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE TEAM

    • HAS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITH CONSULTATIVE SELLING OR CUSTOMER SERVICE
