    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Amazon Account Specialist to manage and optimize our Amazon storefront and product listings. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central, product research, SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, and FBA management. Your expertise will be crucial in driving sales, improving product visibility, and ensuring seamless operations on the platform.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Product Research & Development

    Conduct thorough market research to identify winning products with high demand and low competition.

    Analyze competitors to uncover opportunities for product differentiation.

    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

    Be familiar with FBA and inventory management

    Product Listing Optimization

    Create and optimize product listings with compelling titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords.

    Enhance product images and A+ content to improve conversion rates.

    Implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.

    Advertising and PPC Campaigns

    Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display Ads.

    Conduct keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization to maximize ROAS.

    Analyze advertising data and adjust strategies to ensure profitability.

    Data Analysis and Reporting

    Track and analyze key metrics such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance.

    Prepare regular reports to measure performance and recommend actionable insights.

    Customer Engagement

    Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

    Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and improve overall customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    Experience: 2+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts or e-commerce platforms.

    Knowledge: Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, FBA, and advertising tools.

    Skills:

    Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.

    Expertise in Amazon PPC campaigns and ad optimization.

    Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    Technical Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon analytics platforms.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in managing international Amazon marketplaces.

    Knowledge of advanced marketing strategies such as brand registry and A+ content creation.

    Background in a similar e-commerce or retail environment.
