Minimum and MUST Qualifications:

Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar work experience in relevant field

MUST possess currently valid – Salesforce Certified Solutions Architect or Salesforce Certified Integration Architect certifications

MUST possess hands-on Salesforce experience – as a Cloud and Salesforce “Integration Architect” – a minimum of over 5 years

MUST possess hands-on AWS experience – as a designer and must have implemented cloud-based integrations between using AWS services (Lambda, APIs, SQS, Kinesis, etc.) and Salesforce

MUST possess hands-on integration experience b/w Salesforce with external systems using AWS CTI Adapter or Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV)

MUST possess experience in Data and Application integration techniques with cloud and/or on-prem applications

MUST possess hands-on experience in debugging skills with cloud-based integrations and APIs

MUST possess at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT Maintenance and Operations in a cloud-based environment (AWS preferred)

MUST be familiar with ITIL processes or defects / incident management processes (ex: Jira / HP-ALM)

MUST possess strong communication and team management skills

MUST be able to work in cross-functional team environment

MUST possess basic knowledge of cloud services and cloud-based systems

Desirable Qualifications:

Candidate with a master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar work experience in relevant field

Advanced Salesforce experience with Salesforce integrations (using REST APIs, Custom App development using C#. Apex)

Advanced AWS experience of AWS Al / ML services (Polly, Recognition, Transcribe)

Advanced Enterprise data architecture experience (data lakes, Redshift, Aurora, RDS, encryption/decryption)

Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM))

Possesses knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Datadog)
