    Job Summary: As RYSE’s Amazon Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s business operations through skillful management of RYSE’s products and offerings sold through Amazon Seller Central. The ideal candidate will have a detailed understanding of Amazon’s platform to expertly navigate the eCommerce space. They will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing product pages, and driving growth and revenue for our sports nutrition and supplements product lines.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee and manage the company’s Amazon Seller Central account, ensuring seamless operations in compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines

    Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, etc.) to drive visibility and conversion rates

    Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations and Purchasing to manage inventory levels, forecast demand, and prevent stockouts

    Ideate, develop, and implement promotional campaigns on product offerings to generate consumer engagement and revenue growth (e.g. seasonal/holiday promotions, ad hoc promotions)

    Identify and analyze critical sales data, gathering performance metrics such as product ranking, average order value, unit session percentage, and Amazon sales rank

    Provide regular business and product quality reports, presenting data to Leadership and internal teams on order defect rate, customer feedback and reviews, cancellation rate, and overall account health

    Remain up-to-date and informed on market trends, competitor activity, and innovative eCommerce strategies

    Education and Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field

    Demonstrated success in managing Amazon Seller Central accounts for rapidly growing brands

    Strong knowledge of Amazon’s best practices, policies, and tools (e.g. Amazon PPC, A+ Content, Amazon Brand Registry, Product Rankings)

    Experience with Amazon’s FBA (Fulfill by Amazon)

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and make data-driven decisions

    Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day

    Standout Qualifications:

    Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central automation tools or third-party tools for managing listings and campaigns

    Personal passion for health, wellness, and sports nutrition and supplements
