AmazonConnect - Salesforce CTI Adapter Architect
Required Skills:
Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent university degree
A MUST – Subject Matter Expertise and hands on experience in “Integration between Amazon-Connect and Salesforce Lightning”
A MUST – Installation, Setup / Configuration, and Operation of the two primary components of integration – “the Amazon Connect CTI Adapter for Salesforce”. In other words, practitioner must be able to enable Salesforce adapter for contact center agents and build a deep and seamless integration between the Amazon-Connect contact center platform and Salesforce
Must be able to “support” for Salesforce Service Console in Lightning working with developers
Within Amazon Connect contact flows, the candidate must be able to use AWS Lambda functions, Lex bots etc. to lookup, create, and update operations for different Salesforce objects, such as Contacts and Cases.
Must understand Amazon CCP (Connect Control Panel) for soft-phone functionality
Preferred Skills
AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
Salesforce Certified Advanced / Administrator certification
Experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, Lightening and Visualforce Experience
Experience with large enterprise development and release procedures
Scrum Master, Project management or team coordination experience and/or understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
