POSITION: TICKETING OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE (US)

LOCATION: New York, NY

HOURS: HOURS: Full-Time, Non-Union. 40hrs/week + some nights and weekends may be required

COMPENSATION: In the range of $55-60k + 401k and Benefits Package

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Ticket Operations Manager and supporting a growing Central Ticketing team based in New York City, the ideal Ticketing Operations Associate will have prior knowledge of the AudienceView Ticketing system, basic knowledge of other Ticketing systems (including Ticketmaster), and the ability to learn and adapt quickly. This position will require a collaborative and nimble intellect, a can-do attitude, and strong attention to detail. This candidate should have a strong interest in live entertainment.

PEOPLE, PLACES, AND THINGS

• Will work mostly on-site in Midtown, Manhattan with some optional work-from-home days- dependent on special projects that might require in-person collaboration.
• This role will primarily require building and checking events in the AudienceView Ticketing system, assisting with price changing and promo code creation, and daily sales reporting across ATG’s suite of 10+ North American venues.
• This position will involve collaborating with teams across various time zones including the UK and San Francisco.
• Requires working closely with the various Ticketing, eCommerce, Food & Beverage, and Marketing teams on general operational processes, and helping to ensure best practices.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI will be vital to success.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Familiarity with the AudienceView ticketing system STRONGLY preferred.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Arts, Communication, or Business preferred.
• Must have prior ticketing systems experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite required.
• CSS experience is a plus
• Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills, and the ability to provide a high level of customer service.
