  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Credit Department Intern Daily Activities:

    • Preparing and organizing customer credit files.
    • Contact customers to obtain missing or updated documentation.
    • Upload or input data into Microsoft D365 system or spreadsheet.
    • Document and report progress made for each customer.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • Prep credit department permanent paper files to digital files.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma. College classes related to business a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word or similar programs.
    • Experience with enterprise software (Microsoft AX, D365, SAP, or similar) a plus.
    • Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.

    Summary Of Working Conditions

    This position may involve potential exposure to hazardous materials, and environmental changes (heat/cold), and the employee must be able to work under stress occasioned by production requirements, personnel, and the needs of other departments, utilizing proper body mechanics.

This employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
