We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Director to join our dynamic team and help drive our operational excellence.

Job Summary: The Director of Dental Operations will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 6 locations, ensuring that all processes and systems are running efficiently and effectively. This role will involve strategic planning, managing operational oversight, and leading our teams to achieve operational goals. Traveling among our locations on a routine basis is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Manage and mentor a team of operations managers and staff.

Collaborate with other departments to support overall company objectives.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of operations.

Project Management

Qualifications:

2 years dental office management experience (Required)

Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.

Proficient in operational management software and tools.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
