    On a daily basis, American Directions TELEPHONE INTERVIEWERS call folks all across the United States to gather the opinions of everyday citizens. In this role, you conduct over-the-phone surveys, speak to hundreds of Americans, record their answers and submit the completed surveys.

    TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE A HOME COMPUTER/LAPTOP AND MEET ALL OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS!

    This position is 100% OUTBOUND CALLING and we are looking for outgoing, friendly and pleasantly persistent individuals! You MUST be able to demonstrate the ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY; COMPUTER SAVVY; TASK-ORIENTED and FOCUS DRIVEN.

    Eligible Candidates MUST HAVE the following SKILLS:

    • Starting Pay is at $10.00 - $11.00 per hour -HIGHER RATES ARE AVAILABLE DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY & SCHEDULE

    • Exceptional communication skills and friendly telephone etiquette and be accent-neutral.
    • The ability to multi-task; you will need to listen to a respondent and record answers simultaneously.
    • The ability to type proficiently to accurately record verbal responses when necessary.
    • Basic computer skills are necessary to operate the survey software.

    We are looking for Candidates WHO CAN WORK MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY (Minimum of 3 Days Per Week) from the hours of 5p-/1am EST.

    To be considered for this position you MUST MEET the following TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • YOUR OWN COMPUTER (OR LAPTOP) THAT IS NO MORE THAN 5 YEARS OLD WITH A WINDOWS 10 OPERATING SYSTEM, HARDWIRED OR WITH WIFI ACCESS, TELEPHONE AND USB HEADSET.
    • CAPABILITY TO TROUBLESHOOT AND DIAGNOSE COMPUTER ISSUES WITH LIMITED ASSISTANCE.
    • MINIMUM INTERNET SPEED OF 5 MEGS MUST TEST THE SPEED AND PROVIDE THE RESULTS LINK FOR THE TEST BELOW.
