Main Purpose of the Role: The main purpose of the Regional Manager position is to lead and grow our mortgage business within the designated region. Responsibilities: Daily Tasks and Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and mentor branch managers to build high-performing teams that achieve outstanding mortgage production results. • Oversee and drive loan production activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards. • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team to identify and attract top mortgage professionals to join our branches. • Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize market penetration, increase loan volume, and achieve growth targets. • Provide guidance and support to branch managers in areas such as sales strategies, customer relationship management, and operational efficiency. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, continuous learning, and professional development. • Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, referral sources, and key stakeholders to drive business expansion. • Monitor and evaluate branch performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement strategies to address areas of improvement. Qualifications: Job Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong track record of success in loan origination, production, or management. • Proven experience as a Regional Manager or similar leadership role, demonstrating the ability to lead and inspire a team toward achieving exceptional results. • Deep knowledge of mortgage lending regulations, industry best practices, and market trends. • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams, motivate individuals, and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding performance targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions. • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all business dealings. • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
