INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE (STUDENT ADVISOR)

OUR B2C SALES ENVIRONMENT:
1. The decision maker for our training is an individual looking to make a career change, improve their skills, and secure either a full-time, part-time, or retirement income
2. You will be provided with warm leads who have requested information about our course offerings
3. Team Members use a CRM and Dialer Software to manage and contact leads
4. Average lead flow for our Inside Sales Reps is between 80-100 new leads per week
5. Sales and interactions with customers are conducted primarily over the phone and via email
6. Team Members in this role are expected to make approximately 50 outbound calls daily. These calls will be to new leads, leads in other stages of the sales pipeline, as well as taking inbound calls from interested individuals
7. The average sales cycle is between 30-90 days
8. There is a company-wide bonus structure
NECESSARY SKILLS:

7. Ability to utilize dialer software to interact with prospective customers and students
8. Ability to utilize CRM software to manage customer, lead, and student interactions
9. Ability to utilize an online sales platform to enroll customers as students
DUTIES: May include all or some of the following:
1. Follow up with requests for information in a timely manner
2. Manage lead flow and follow up through calls, emails, and texts to potential customers
3. Invest effort into initial onboarding of customers as students
4. Assist customers in the completion of purchase and enrollment as students in AGI courses
5. Support the needs of the organization
6. Adapt to changes in policy and procedure as necessary
7. Drive growth of customer, student, and member bases
8. Keep current on all offers, sales, and other customer or student opportunities
9. Minimal Travel as needed (Possible travel for training or Trade Shows)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION: The Inside Sales Representative (Internal Terminology: Student Advisor) is responsible to work with potential customers to assist them in making course enrollment decisions. Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) meet with customers and leads, via phone, email, and text to review enrollment options and onboard customers into courses of study as students. Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) are responsible to reach out to all potential customers and assigned leads that request information about our programs. Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) are expected to collaborate across teams throughout the company to maintain and serve customers and students throughout the entire student life cycle as well as addressing any student issues or questions. In this role it is critical that all student information and orders are processed accurately, completely, and in a timely manner. Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) are responsible for adhering to all organizational and regulatory guidelines while carrying out their duties and interacting with potential customers and students.
EXPECTATIONS:
The Inside Sales Representative (Student Advisor) will spend the majority of their time reaching out to potential customers seeking to enroll them as students and following up with existing students to ensure the highest quality of customer service is achieved. Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) are responsible for completing the total customer life cycle from information request, to engagement, to course decision, enrollment, and post enrollment follow up. Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) are responsible for adhering to all organizational and regulatory guidelines while carrying out their duties and interacting with potential customers and students. In support of these duties Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) are expected to have great attention to detail in submission of customer information, orders, records, and enrollments.
TRAINING:
New Inside Sales Representatives (Student Advisors) can expect comprehensive training over the first 45 days in all areas relevant to conducting their duties and integrating with the rest of the AGI sales and overall teams. This includes but is not limited to; software and sales process training, product familiarization, sales follow up, and more.
