    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Assistant to join our team. This entry to mid-level position is perfect for an individual eager to start their career in marketing, bringing strong technical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in ensuring our brand presence remains strong and dynamic while providing essential support for various marketing activities.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

    Marketing Collateral: Assist in updating current marketing collateral and creating new content and material while ensuring a consistent and strong brand presence across all channels.

    Daily Sales Production Reports: Produce daily sales production reports.

    New Hire Onboarding: assist with scheduling new hire training calendar.

    Social Media: assist with the development of and maintenance of our social media presence.

    AHL Ambassadors: assist with team that produces monthly newsletter by gathering content and providing creative ideas for continued engagement

    Monthly Product Training: Coordinate scheduling and content for monthly product training sessions.

    Webinar Coordination: Set up monthly webinars, create industry and project-specific PowerPoint presentations, and ensure smooth execution through the registration process.

    Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing general direction and minimal supervision.

    Calendar Management: Proactively track and schedule meetings with team members to discuss ongoing and upcoming projects.

    Experience & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.

    Experience: Entry-level position; previous internship or relevant experience in marketing is a plus.

    Technical Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.
