Job Description

We are seeking a Mortgage Specialist to become a part of our team!  No experience necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know. Paid training. We are a national call center serving a nationwide network of foreclosure defense attorneys. We help homeowners who are behind on their mortgage to get a fresh start through possible loan modifications and defense against foreclosures. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assess clients needs and qualify them for our program
• Close customers and schedule retainers
• Navigate our CRM
• File documents
• Assist in collecting past due payments
• Other minor administrative duties relative to helping clients

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Consultative approach to sales
• Ability to make logical judgment calls
• Strong math skills to calculate monthly income or mortgage payments
• Articulate and confident
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bonus points if you have previous call center, customer service, sales, mortgage, or real estate experience
• Must have access to an ethernet internet connection in a dedicated home workspace, and use of a laptop or desktop computer, and a smartphone
