SIGNING BONUS $500 ($250 AFTER FIRST 3 MONTHS, $250 AFTER 6 MONTHS OF EMPLOYMENT)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate and assist customers via phone, email and chat
• Help customers navigate their account and place orders online.
• Demonstrate an ability to de-escalate complex/tense customer situations
• Handle a high volume of calls throughout the shift
• Facilitate product returns and exchanges while accurately setting customer expectations
• Handle customer shipping inquiries and order status questions
• Work with internal departments to provide solutions that exceed customer expectations
• Leave comprehensive, detailed notation for all customer interactions

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in retail or online customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Extensive knowledge of musical instruments, pro audio, home recording software and equipment, DJ controllers, and all related accessories
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn and master new programs, systems, and software quickly
• Remain coachable and maintain a positive attitude
• Multitasking skills
• Available to work nights and weekends as necessary
• Ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in English, bilingual fluency in Spanish preferred
