POSITION: CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE

LOCATION: LENEXA, KS 66215

DURATION: 2+ MONTHS

PAY RATE: $15.50/HR W2 (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE)

RELOCATION EXPENSES/ ASSISTANCE: NO

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all account relationships are being supported with the highest level of attention and timely follow through on all aspects of account management
• Manage all customer orders from receipt, entry, shipment, and provide tracking to customers
• Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls for assigned accounts
• Create and enforce plans that will help meet the needs of customers
• Build long-term relationships with clients and customers
• Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues
• Notify the sales team of new sales and cross-selling opportunities
• Help promote and maintain a positive company image

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Four to five years of customer service or sales is required
• Must understand customer relationship management (CRM)
• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly
• Exceptionally friendly and positive attitude
• Ability to work well with others and lead a team
• Attentive to detail, organized and ability to work under pressure
• Strong commitment to meeting goals and deadlines
• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time
• Project management experience a plus
• Microsoft Office software proficiency: Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
