Our business sells, distributes, installs, and finances water filtration systems for whole house as well as drinking water filters for residential or commercial sized buildings. The building is divided in 2, one half is the warehouse and the other is the office space where most of our staff works. We are looking for candidates available full time M-F from morning to afternoon, but are flexible on time available.
Entry level position in a small office setting. Position candidate will be trained in:
processing credit applications
customer service problem resolution
phone system used central office
assist salesmen and clients by phone, email, or onsite
data entry for customer information
using Quickbooks for invoicing and uploading documents
Requires skills set for office telephone, familiar with Microsoft Excel, email, and paper trail documentation. Bilingual English and Spanish
