Is knowledgeable with developmentally appropriate practices for children 0-5 years. Is knowledgeable of curriculum implementation. Is knowledgeable with ECE observations and assessments. Understands how to properly train teaching staff. Is willing and able to maintain confidentiality and display professional behaviors. Enjoys getting out their comfort area. Enjoys challenges. Is courageous. Strives for excellence. Is able to work under pressure and make educated decisions. Is able to handle heated moments while maintaining composure. Loves and respects all children regardless of any differences or challenges. Is knowledgeable of DCF and ELC rules and regulations. Is knowledgeable of Accreditation Standards. Is willing and able to work above and beyond the call of duty. Puts the children's safety first. Is willing to grow and learn!

Minimum Requirements:

Holds a current Florida Director's Credential,

Holds a current Florida Staff Credential,

High School Diploma/GED

Associate's degree (preferred, but not required)

Minimum of 1 year experience working as a preschool director

Willing and able to drive our van/mini bus
