AMOTEC is a full service Staffing and Recruiting firm with 11 locations nationwide. As we continue to grow, we are seeking recruiters to join our high performing team in Cleveland, Parma, Willoughby, Geneva and Bedford.
Recruiters manage the full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Source qualified candidates for open job orders using various methods including company ATS, online career sites, social media, community partnerships & events, networking events, college job fairs, referrals etc….
· Provide courteous correspondence to all candidates to ensure excellent candidate experience
· Conduct appropriate personal and/or phone interviews with candidates, researching and recording all information necessary for job placement
· Follow all guidelines regarding documentation and submission of candidates for positons
· Establish open and ongoing communication with Business Development Managers to insure timely placement of candidates
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have high level of professional and interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication in English and Spanish is a plus.
· Ability to work comfortably with a variety of computer programs and learn new technology: Microsoft Office, online research sites, database systems, social media, etc...
· Must be able to work well under pressure and work within guidelines to achieve success
· Ability to work in a fast paced, highly competitive, deadline driven team environment
· A strong work ethic, reliability, punctuality and integrity are essential to this position
