    The Analyst will be part of the Technical Operations Assurance team and will support the management of compliance requirements, collection of control evidence, compliance automation, and project management supporting compliance initiatives.

    • Supports project management of multiple technical compliance initiatives
    • Tracks and reports on identified risks and remediation for technical compliance risks across the platform
    • Coordinates with stakeholders across the business to prioritize technical control implementation
    • Assists with the evaluation of internal operational and procedural policies and documentation.
    • Research industry and country-specific compliance regulations and best practices.
    • Ensures that new compliance requirements are reviewed, approved, operationalized, evidenced, and integrated into the compliance governance tool(s)
    • Assists in the collection, processing, and analysis of vendor assurance questionnaires.
    • Tracks compliance program implementation, key deliverables, and project milestones.
    • Assists with research, evaluation, and adoption of tools and techniques to reduce the compliance burden on individual teams.
    • Assists with developing compliance awareness campaigns and training for teams.
    • Develops and maintains job aids and tools for implementation of controls.
    • Support annual SOC 2 attestations for streaming services platform.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2-3 plus years of experience in technical compliance, technology role (development, SRE, etc) or program/project management
    • Experience with SOC 2, SOX, ISO 27001, PCI, and/or other technical control frameworks
    • Experience in the application of analytical techniques and associated tool sets (e.g. Tableau, Smartsheets, Excel, Power BI, etc.)
    • Experience with evaluating technical controls in AWS, GCP, GitHub, Jenkins, etc strongly preferred
    • Ability to quickly learn tools and applications used by the business
    • CISA or cyber security specific certifications preferred

    This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
