    Job Description

    Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of enterprise-wide data, including exploratory data analysis (EDA) and basic data mining, to identify growth opportunities. Support leadership with performance evaluations and collaborate with the Business Strategy group to develop insightful reports and dashboards, ensuring compliance with company policies.

    Essential Functions

    1. Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and research to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic decision-making and identify business growth opportunities.
    2. Support leadership by providing detailed performance evaluations of key business metrics and offering actionable insights on company performance and market conditions.
    3. Collaborate with the Business Strategy group and other internal teams to develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate key findings and support decision-making.
    4. Apply data mining techniques to extract insights from large datasets and build predictive models that forecast future business outcomes.
    5. Develop automated, user-friendly reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and statistical scripting languages (R/Python) to monitor and track business KPIs and performance metrics.
    6. Ensure that all analyses, reports, and dashboards comply with company policies and regulations, and maintain the integrity and security of sensitive data.
    7. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
    8. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
    9. Complete other duties as assigned.

    • Bachelor's or Associate degree in mathematics, economics, computer science, STEM, or related technical field required
