Position Overview:

We are seeking an Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for a highly adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can seamlessly move between strategic thinking and tactical execution. Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple growth-focused projects simultaneously for diverse clients, ranging from early-stage ventures to established industrial companies

Support senior leadership in strategic initiatives, from conceptualization through implementation

Analyze complex business situations and develop practical, actionable solutions

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery

Manage client relationships and assist in expanding service offerings

Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations

Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal creation

Adapt quickly to new tools, methodologies, and project requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field

2 - 4 years of experience in consulting, venture capital, or startup environments

Demonstrated project management and coordination skills

Proficiency with business software and tools (e.g., Figma, project management software)

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
